Is this ForeigNoy pretending not to know how to speak Tagalog?

Karan Singhdole may be fully Indian, but doesn’t he really know how to speak Philippines’ native language?

Philippines’ longest running TV show Eat Bulaga holds a contest for handsome foreign guys who strive to be a Filipino: can speak Tagalog words and can perform a Tagalog song/dance number. It should be a challenge for the contestants but looks like Karan Singhdole from India takes Tagalog words way too easily.
